Return/Refund Policy

We Give 100% refund if reported at the time of receiving the order.

With our easy return policy, you can return the sushi at your doorstep and ask for a refund if the sushi has one more more of the following issues

  1. If the quality & hygiene of the food is poor.
  2. If the delivery took beyond 2 hours after placing the order exception being unfit conditions.

If the delivery qualifies for the above conditions, then we’ll refund the full amount that you paid for the products.

With our easy return policy, you can request for a replacement or refund if the quality & hygiene of the food is poor.

-  All our products on the site are fresh and handpicked.

-  Before delivery, all products get checked for quality.

-  We try our best effort to deliver your checked fresh products with quality standard maintained.

-  We dispatch all the products in appropriate layers of packing. This is to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

If you are not pleased with the received items, on delivery of the products, please follow the steps below to return and get the refund –

Email / call us on the same day of delivery and inform us that you want to return the products.

Refund / Exchange details-

We process the Refunds in 3-4 working days. Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.

We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. If in case of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code.  You can email us all these details on order@sushiya.in

Please note: Our delivery staff will come and collect the order that needs to be returned.

Additional Information

  • All food products should be consumed immediately after receiving.
  • Photos displayed are of products only. Slight variation is possible due to photo resolution quality.
